Food Fiesta with Kimmy and Nassy.

Kimmy and Nassy are my two most favorite people to look for when it comes to eating. I have this mindset that it is a-ok to spend tons of cash on food, whether it’s something really raved about, or just some place that we have yet to try before.

Of course, this only applies during the first two weeks after my pay comes in wakakaka!

We began the day at Hanis, a halal cafe and bakery located on the ground floor of the National Library at Bugis. Price was average, as was the food :) However what I did not like was the waiting of the tables as 95% of them were taken up by studying kids… who don’t usually budge till the end of the day.

We ate the set meals here (I chose some pasta, whilst they chose steaks) and just to point out to all of you, the ‘free dessert’ advertised is actually a piece of fruit haha!

Our next stop would be Coffee Club, Kimmy’s favorite chill out place. There, we just ordered rounds of drinks and desert and laughed the night away. Spoiler was the waitress who cannot be arsed to smile (isn’t that basic courtesy 101?), but what made the day was the following:-

The surprise appearance of Fauziah Manja and Cute, Nassy’s alter-ego. Woman was shaking her boobs, pouting and taking camwhore shots like such throughout the night, much to the amusement of Kimmy and I (as well as the camera, who had its battery deplete rapidly thanks to her 101 pictures).

Not to forget, Kimmy’s infatuation with the Ang Moh behind us. To add on to Nassy’s 101 Fauziah Manja shots, Kimmy too joined in the fun and took 101 shots of him and the Ang Moh (poor fellow does not know what he got himself into by sitting there).

The result is a ridiculous amount of blurry photos of three faces in my camera, and the first time my battery went totally flat after a day’s worth of usage.

And the last stop of the night : Canele. Opted out of the cakes this time and ordered something else; salad, macarons and meringue. Spent another hour catching up, before Nassy and I hopped about daddy’s lorry and Kimmy went back to Coffee Club to spend the night with another group of friends :)

Total spent by the three of us on food on that day? $105. Not so bad whaaaat~ hehe.
