What’s Happiness?
The other day, a few friends and myself participated in an exhibition which questions one’s definition of happiness by introducing a series of activities. By engaging in the array of activities, like hitting a piñata after drinking a shot of tequila (which I didn’t consume, duh), or dancing to a song, or even writing a postcard, the participant was asked to rate from 1 - 5 how much happiness they felt whilst doing it.
If I could describe one activity I’d give a definite 5 points to, it would be lying down next to the sea with a good book in hand whilst listening to Paul Oakenfold mixes (My Love for the moment, pun intended). With all 5 senses heightened, what’s there not to be happy about? Kekeke…
What’s the activity that you’d give 5 points to? Sleeping? Eating? Clubbing? Drinking? Hahaha…
Well, that’s easy. It’s a tie between reading a good book and watching a movie. Nothing like losing myself into another ‘world’.
Hahaha… I so agree with the book part. I’m the kind who loses touch of reality if I have a really good book in hand :D

oh gosh.. my 5 can like range from eating CHOCOLATE straight after paying it to cuddling with him on a rainy/sunny/cloudy day at a very serene place.
