Sponsored by the Manager (my aunt) and the Assistant Manager, Siti, I was treated to a feast of sorts at the Carousel, a buffet restaurant at the Royal Plaza. There were plentiful food abound, from Rendang to Spaghetti, seafood, cold dishes, nasi ayam and much, much more.

Although yes, some of the dishes like the prawn mixed with mango were really, really good, I have to say that it is the company that made the dinner very enjoyable. From wisecracks to lurid jokes thrown around the table, cackles of laughter ringing around and bitching about this certain Malay woman acting all hoity toity sitting opposite our table who kept throwing daggers at us.

A wonderful night in the company of good food and good company; what else can I ask for? :)

On another related note, life has been good to me in general lately, Alhamdulillah. Which, of course, explains the lack of posts these days hahaha. Too many things to do, so little time! Heh. Have a smashin’ weekend, kids. I had the best!
