Jurong West St75 Haunted?
[ IMG temporarily removed due to copyright issues ]
I understand that amongst my blog readers, lie quite a substantial portion of you who live around my area, which is Jurong West St 75 (Singapore). Being right smack in the middle of two prominent ‘landmarks’ of that area, which is Gek Poh Shopping Ctr as well as Jurong Point, it therefore came as a surprise to me when I found out, after 12 years of living here, that that area (marked with a star) is haunted.
Just two days back, my uncle who was manning his stall at Gek Poh Shopping Ctr at around 5pm, was approached by a couple of gasping teenagers beckoning him frantically to help their friend. The girls, who were in their early teenagers, told him that whilst they were walking and fooling around along that stretch of road, one of their friends (A) suddenly went really quiet and her facial expression had changed.

Apparently, sensing the change in mood, the girls asked A what was wrong with her. After a long silence just standing motionless, A suddenly started to laugh manically in a very non-human like behavior and spouted incorrigible words. When one of the girls wanted to touch A, A tried to strangle the girl.
Since my uncle couldn’t assist the girls, he made them call their parents, who in turn called an exorcist. Apparently, the girl was possessed. Hearing the commotion, a customer of my uncle who was passing by, shared that her husband too has been ‘disturbed’ multiple times when he was in that area.
Being a bus driver, her husband returns home daily at around 2 - 3am in the morning and parks his bus in the huge parking lot (see above picture, right) and rides his bike home. There was a time, he spotted a bus moving and seeking company, he rode close to the bus, only to see that there was no bus driver. At another moment, upon following a bus do a turn, the bus vanished into thin air.
Oh, and let’s not talk about the number of times he saw Fatimah Rockers (Pontianaks, haha) and was actually attacked by a flock of crows. Uhuh, attacked. By crows. At 3am in the morning. Like, what are the chances?

And if you refer to that same picture, behind the parking lot you would notice a building painted in Brown, White and Green. That, is actually the former Civil Defence hostel which has long been abandoned. There are many rumors on ghostly sightings around that area, and if you actually just walk pass there, you can already ‘feel’ that something isn’t right somewhere.
Also, I don’t know if it’s an electricity circuit thing or something, but at times I would notice, whilst my dad pumps petrol at the station next to the building, lights in certain VACANT rooms flicker on and off. And on different nights, one or two random lights will be lit. Maybe I’m just paranoid, but darn, that scares the shit out of me heh.
The building will soon be converted into a hostel for foreign students, so good luck to whoever’s moving in :P

Anyway, if you go further down Street 75 towards Jurong Point, you would notice a whole area of apartment buildings being cordoned off from the public. If I remember correctly, the apartments were opened to public a few years back but a couple of months later, everyone moved out and the area was closed.
With the lack of apartments to go around, I highly doubt that it’s due to high prices that no flats were taken up. Also, if it was an ‘unsafe’ structure, knowing the Singapore government, the whole area would have been torn down and rebuilt (since we’re lacking in space). Rumor has it, that the place is unlivable as it is dirty.
I have to say I quite believe this rumor, as there IS a block around Jurong JC which is cordoned off from the public due to it being dirty. Just one block, in between many others. My friend who lived near there, said that many of the inhabitants complained of ghostly apparitions, disturbances, and the number of suicide cases. In fact, on certain nights, you can see a group of people chanting around that area.

After all that’s been said, do you believe? Or do you merely think it is a trick of the mind, a mental torture on those who think too much? Do share your personal thoughts and experiences, and let’s freak each other out with such stories heh :)

Each time I take 199 from NTU,that former CD building gives me bad aura.. you know, like this creepy feeling. Oh ya I heard about one block near JJC which is dirty. Now I know why that particular those apartments were cordoned off.. weird..
hwaaahwaaahwaaa NTU nye stories very many okay! LTS told me, there’s this hostel, where alot of cab drivers refuse to enter. Apparently, they have to pass a cemetery, and no matter if they want to turn right, somehow their cab will always turn left into the cemetry!
Kwangkwangkwang. scary shite yo! cab drivers have it horrible! My uncle’s cab fly onto roof before you know! He itchy mouth, commented something when he was passing by a place. Next thing you know, SUPERCAB!
my uncle works as a security guard in NTU. He said the Fatimah Rockers there know his name already la.. Every night call him out. WTH! Jurong Area pretty keras la eh.. You know behind Jurong Polyclinic got flats.. that were facing the expressway. That area got alot of the Fatimah rockers there. And that area is always so dark and eerie…
ZOMG so NTU is confirm haunted gila la ni? Good luck Sha Sha and whoever else! kekeke… anyway i also read that fatimah rockers always know your name one… so…er, next time you hear your name in the middle of the night, have to becareful.
Jurong poly facing expressway? its the jurong poly which has been closed kan?
the famous jurong polyclinic lor.. It’s opened already. behind the polyclinic are blocks of flats.. behind those flats is the expressway.. that area is haunted! wooooo
ohhh dah bukak balik eh? keke. mana beta tau. i seldom skip school to get MC mah (HAHAHHA RIGHT) :P
used to go dwn to e pk jux beside e expressway… ya it eeriely quiet n dark at nite over thr…. but not when ur mind is filled with other thoughts…. din encounter anything, thankgod…. but what i heard was e hse, a haunted hse jux behind e expressway. duno how true. fyi, my pri sch behind jurong polyclinic was built on a muslim cemetery or izzit malay… sorie pls pardon me… n certain spots at sch can get quite scary even in broadday light.
another rumour, jw st500+… my ex’s mom sees dead bodies any other days, can wash dishes wash halfway body flying dwn or worst, early morning wake up see dead body lying face u… that area said to be popular for suicidal.. does any1 heard of this?
i stay there can..so scary lah
Yea!That’s what happened to my friend’s father when they were on the way to visit their family, when he wanted to turn right, it turn left and almost langah
Urgh!!! If i were were hiim I sure panic like hell man.

Buahaha!! Damn funny readers u have fad dear=) Anyway yes, jurong keras. Gombak is keras also, my friend kene kejar pocong also..
I know Jalan Bahar is damn keras la. I went to the CD place to complete my bomb shelter certificate and omg. That place is fucking creepy. It can be 4 pm in the after noon and the sun blazing like mad but when u naik the stairs (cause no lifts since its abandoned blocks) its all dark. And Cold. My friend saw someone watching us when we were ascending the stairs, I was chatting like a madpie and another felt it. Seriously I actually rase but its better to ignore because I feel this is all setan punyer kerje la. But at the bomb shelter underground I felt abit hysterical not sure why but I was glad I didn’t break down or what la ahah!
Ya that block near jj is kotor also.

Eh ya i also heard Gombak keras! Especially the area yang ada some lake tu kan kan kan? i heard there’s alot of rockers there. Your friend kene keja pocong? like OMG then how he run away?! pocong jump very long distance seh… what’s the ending? haha ok i excited.
As for your cert, meh, i got one question. why you complete your bomb shelter certificate at an abandoned building -.-|| cd takde tempat lain keee hehehehe :P Yah, and i also felt weird but ignored and didnt mention to my friends when i was at OCH. orang kata, jangan tegur!
Insyaallah i’ll be fine :) You also pray what! den u could have read this entry! kekekek!
One block around JJC pulak…
Is it the around the blue blocks there opposite the computer lab blocks?
Anyway, in taman jurong also got ‘tempat keras’, maybe u’ve seen it.
Think it’s block 66, blue coloured, near jurong sec sch.
Apparently got hantu kum-kum, going around knocking on people’s doors saying “assalamualaikum-kum!”
Oh, this reminds me. Why are cik pons more popular than hantu kum-kum, pocong, or any other hantu ni?
Asyik diorang je yang masuk filem kan?
Er? Which blue blocks? Can’t seem to recall any blue blocks?
The aforementioned block is in the cluster of blocks opposite the petrol kiosk, the one with the bus 99 busstop which kids usually take. You poke around ah, it’s the only one where the entrances are barricaded. Woohoo!
Haha, Taman Jurong also have? how come i never notice before? I used to go there every day when i was in JC1 somemore kekeke. I shall ask faris. But hantu kum-kum? So basi! I thought that one long ago story?
Pontianak more popular cuz they can seem chio at times mah! Good for marketing!
haha, taman jurong, my neighbourhood. aderlah tempat2 kerasnyer. anyway, the bue blocks are now painted rose pink. the one got NTUC underneath…
aaaaaaaah how come i never see NTUC before one. Oh wait wait! is it the one yang ada some bank also? Quite an old building…
YES YES! (: lol. members dok. malam malam nak kluar jangan sorang sorang. aku pernah kene fatimah rockers kat rumah aku duer kali dok!
fuhyo! abeh ape kau buat? jamming with them? haha eh whats with your doks today?
mak kau, aku jamming ngan dier orang? maner ader! dier tolong aku buat aku punyer PW ader lagi. it was just hanging outside my room window while i was typing away on my house computer. FYI, my computer was just beside my room window okay.
and… it tried to enter my house! but klakar!, failed. it hit the window damn hard and slide off. lol. maybe cos, all of my family members pray and my room is our praying room and also where we put quran and all..
you never know how scary it is la babe.
the other stories.. keep it to next time ah (:
HAHAHAHA ok sorry but the very thought of cikpon langgar tingkap and slide off is hilarious. next time if we see any yang ada bandage or plaster, tu kau nye ah! hehehehe :P
erk! spooky!!!! never heard of it, but thx for the infor!! wahahahhahahah….
hahaha. Eh eddy you medic mah, can get entrance into these places? Take picture take picture! :P
aiyo faddy takmo like this lah. can you tell me whether its for real or you tengah story telling like at those nursery rhymes or kindergarten ni??? im so curious, im alone in my room. i nak tido, surely imaginations run wild…!!!

you stay around that area????
what a sadistic cheacher man. if i were the parent i’d whack her/him if my son/daughter cannot sleep at night hahaha…
Anyway, yah i live around that st 75, just down the road!
eerrrr… huh, you stay around there… takut nye saya…
around my place also haunted u know… haunted with FLASHERS masturbating and stalking me!!!! but that was 4 years ago… all kind of races some more. kurangajar nye anak2 goblok! i have yet to blog about that. it was nightmare. selaser-laser me and sefierce-fierce kita, i freaked out lah dengan syaitan-syaitan hantu-hantu yang suka kacau & ekori saya pada waktu malam dan juga pagi2 buta…
THAT IS FUNNY (:
actually that reminds me, my friend said something that made sense. she said she’d rather meet fatimah rockers and her members rather than robbers, flashers & all.
her logic? at least biler jumper members fatimah rockers & co, dier bace-bace, dier orang pun ciao. tapi.. kalau jumper robbers & co, bertaper banyak bacer pon, dier orang tak ciao dah.. get the logic?
Yanni -
haha i dont stay there, i stay AROUND there. 2 busstops away to be exact. alhamdulillah, so far so good. insyaallah it stays that way :)
hehe awak boleh avoid dorang. senang jeeee. awak dress lah serabai nak mampos. CONFIRM dorang tak kacau wakakkaka.
Shak-
hahahha your friend punya logic i understand, but very warped lor! :P i’d rather meet the latter, thankyouverynice! Because i am a pengecot! wakakka :P
faddy - you will be shock to see how i dressed during that few occasions. you nak what is selekeh…
1st - i baru balik jogging. hantu cina apek do that gross thing and show to me. omg!!! and he grinned! wtfish.. i jogged terus tukar jadi sprinting.. morning 10am
2nd - ns botak hantu malay guy - i was with my mom and he call me girl (nenek dia!), and showed how he do it to me and my mom. that’s it lah. my mom screamed at him and he rushed to the 4th floor of blk 272 yishun street 22 and wanked at the 4th floor pillar (we were then at the bus stop just across that block!) everyone looking and were shocked!!! its afternoon.
3rd time - im on the way to work - the same ns guy - call me and wave at me, i walked briskly and he went to the staircase same block - he do it. i screamed and run. by that time i was like phobia to walk there. but no choice. so everyday, my mom got to fetch me.
4th - the same guy waited for me after work at 7pm.
5th - the same guy - 8am - he waited for me under my block now. at the letterbox area and smile at me. I u-turned back and screamed for my brother who was sleeping - tak leh harap. my mom rushed. and he ran away. cos a lot of aunty going to market.
then i tot he is gone. then he was at the bus stop where i always waited for the bus. he gave me a warning sign tell me to be aware…
6th - me and my bestfriend - shida, saw one chinese apek under my block doing it. at 1st we tot he pee, sekali oh no!!! we screamed and he ran! ni malam. we were chilling, just come back from 7-11. coincidently, after that - the same malay guy walked past us. then i went like oh no. lets go back.
ard my area - i tell you a lot of flashers sick in the brain.
my ever first one when i was sec 1 at my old house, indian man put his thing out from his unzip pants and showed it to me.
during all that incident, i dressed up all close up. nothing revealing. i avoided that spot for like one year before i started taking that route again. nightmare!!! i even stopped going to clubbing for a while at that period. my mom or my ex fiance will fetched me everyday. cos i was so damn scared. it just freak you out.
ok wrong channel. bye!
haha (ok im not supposed to laugh but its quite funny :P). you damn suay hor! i only kena once before, this bangla under the void deck in front of my school. I called the police, end of story HAHAHAHHAHA. so funny lah. me and my friends were like laughing and being damn amazed…
lol, this bangla always come to the block outside our school lor. my frens & i also saw it.
when i told sohail, nazra & leroy, they were like “why didnt you call us? we would have run out of the school and beat him up man! walao eh. no respect for girls!”
wah wah! talk about gentlemenliness (:
hahaa gentleman ke saje je nak tunjuk macho wakakakaka.
uncle sha.. u take 199 back to hall 9 kan?!
yeah.. that civil defence place gives me the creeps too.. thank god I sort of got kicked out of my hostel and am no longer staying in hall 9.. if not, i also alone like uncle sha.. wagagagag~~
haha on the contrary, if both you and sha alone, you two can teman each other kekeke!
You got kicked out of your hostel? Now THAT’s a story I’d love to hear :)
Ooooo…i like dis post of urs! I’v always been intrested in supernatural stuff, but so far it’s just limited to reading about them as it hasnt been feasable and convenient for me to get into ‘real action’ aka ghosthunting etc. Personally i BELIEVE in the existance of ‘those things’. I dont mean 2 sound religious, but they’re God’s creature, just created in a different way and forms instead of looking like us.
I liv in de east but once i went to dis farm in de west area. I remember passing by NEW Civil Defence training area though. I nt sure abt de old CD training place. But one thing 4 sure is that i also passd by an area of ABANDONED blocks of ’short’ flats. In fact it’s a whole small neighbourhood..wth the vacant blocks of flats AND a vacant hawker centre! I cant remember exactly wat de name of de address. Do u know anyting of it?
Hello!
I’ve also always been interested, but unfortunately I am very pengecut like that and would rather not see, but merely hear stories about :P Why isn’t it feasible for you? As for myself, i beleive in them the same reason you do - God’s creation. Also cuz one too many of my relatives or friends have experienced such things first hand :)
As for the new CD area, i don’t even know where that is! hahaha! Is it the one at bidadari? if so confirm lah haunted kekekke!
Oooooooohhhhhhhh spoooooky.
That’s for the west area sey.
Bedok(east) pon ader, Admiralty(north) pon ader, Punggol(north-east) pon ader.
Pontianak pon nk tinggal HDB-flat tau.
Asek tinggal kampong jer, berak tkde flush.
Dorg pon nk upgrade.
Wahahahaha!!
Eh ok I shall not make fun of it.
Shuttup Anz!!
ooooooooohh takoottnyeee!
kekekeke… anywhoos, how come you know so many places? Go there leh with your biker friends and report to us any ghostly thingamajigs. confirm exciting!
BTW HAHAHHAA. ok the pontianak comment was darn funny!
Long time sey da tak pegi ghost hunting.
Now i think antu-antu pon sick of us asek nk carik dorg jer.
Hahaha!!
But remember Faddy, if u go with me for ghost hunting AT NIGHT, don’t be amazed by me staring at a spot or 2 or 3.
Me & cikpon tengah challenge who can stare longer lar.
Kekeke!!
Dulu cik pon minarep so dorg maen stare-stare.
Shit i’m making fun of dem AGAIN.
Sori yer cikpons.
They’ll be reading ur entry oso without you realising you nooooeeee.
Hehehe~
aha yah lah you siao last time every thursday night go exploring -.-||| sungguh cari na’as. haha. anyway, if fatimah rockers read my blog, yang patot takot is you lah since you are FOREVER making fun of them!
hahaha!
ayo icaaa!
I wonder though, if people moved out because the flats were “dirty”… they must be in a lot of debt right now? Unless HDB actually reimburses/compensates people for selling a supposedly haunted flat???
What’s the story there I wonder…
Eh ya! I was wondering the same thing too. I think maybe HDB does compensate, as in give another flat of the same value? Exchange, I guess. I mean, if the WHOLE flat is cordoned and everyone shooed out, they’d have to do something about it kan?
of cos that place is, umm, keras.
thats my old camp right there. and being operational 24 hours, i’ve had my fair share of baby crying, orang mintak tolong, dan lain lain yang sewaktu dengannya.
Kau tak takut ke faddy? woooooooooo~
Oh!! So you were at that camp?!
Eh Mr Malique, share leh some stories in more details!!
i expanded post and scrolled down quickly! hahaha, luckily never read. last weekend someone told me jerangkung/pocong stories in simei and for one week till today, my lights switched on at night while i slept. and tomorrow im going indonesia, and will be staying in the room alone! i’ll send an indon kakak to do a flypast across your window tomorrow, wait for it. :p
HAHAHA eh what story about pocong story in Simei? I live so far, so i dont mind hearing hehehe… walao, you going travel again. crazy la, baru balik msia kan? den next week gi kukup lagi. gerek man!
ANYWAY THANKS LA EH!!!!
at this rate, the whole of singapore might be keras. pasir ris is also keras. a Fatimah Rocker dropped down from a tree near Pasir ris park and started scratching my guy friend. serious shit. and if u hear ‘quack, quack’ sounds from up the trees at the park…it’s them.
so i believe. i’ve been possessed by a djinn for several years. and the exorcsm part was not a walk in the park ok. but not anymore though! don’t worry……..
*maniacal laugh*
i think everywhere is full of spirits, afterall they are creations of Allah, and too stay somewhere right? I guess it’s a matter of those which are nakal, and those normal ones who are harmless.
Your fren kene scratched at Pasir Ris Park? What he/she do at Pasir Ris park at night? Menggatal isit? Maybe that’s why the rocker help him scratch AHAHAHAHAH! Oh ya quack2! I read somehwere also, rockers quack. Why ah?
the infrastructure of the carpark in the above mentioned block is effin scary, can? maciam got eyes, nose and mouth. =/
thank God im staying at Street 71!
oh btw, my friend who stays at the block facing the CD hostel told me gazillion stories that happened. woohoo cool ass shit siak.
hahahaa ok i’ve never noticed the eyes nose and mouth. Will checkitout when i pass by when i getting home later. Street 71 and 75 very near lor. so good luck! kekekeke :P
Eh share leh some stories!
whaaaaaaaaaat… actually there ARE a few HDB blocks in Singapore ‘cordoned off’… although the reasons are never made public. there’s one in Woodlands (where I live), Bedok, and CCK i think.
eh you should organise a Cari Hantu walk! HAHAHAH! entah sape nak pegi pon aku tak tau..though I’ve read before that Izad (of IzadnHana) went ‘exploring’ or somethin?
Woohoo someone should go and find out the reasons as to why these blocks are cordoned off, cuz all of us are hearing more of rumors! heh…
As for Cari Hantu, COUNT ME OUT. Hantu cari me i super takot, apa lagi i nak cari hantu for what? haha. Izad want to go to take pictures, but he hasn’t, i think. Go ask him? I only went OCH before. scaaary!
Haunted or not I can’t say for sure. I used to live at Jurong West Street 52 opposite Rulang Primary School, and I do know a fair share of haunted spots when I was stationed at Tuas.
There are many estates with vacated blocks. I am currently putting up north and these blocks are secured with gates. These blocks only came to light post-Sars (call it co-incidence) and are used majorly for separating Sars victims from the rest before they are eventually evacuated to the hospital.
Jurong west st 52? where’s that? is it near the jurong polyclinic area?… care to share the haunted spots? haha.. afterall i think some people reading this thread are all geared up to explore locations!
Oh, i didnt know they were cordoned for sars purposes! So isit haunted, or sars? Hmmmm…
Here are some spots but some are mentioned by older colleagues.
1. Upper Jurong Road (Told by older colleagues, drove home 2 years on that road but no personal experiences. But friends in OCS many years ago told me plenty of sightings when on guard duty though.)
2. AYE/PIE with the flyover towards Pioneer Road exit.
3. Lim Chu Kang Road @ bridge close to Jalan Puyoh. (Everyone says the runway but I saw nothing in my days attached to Lim Chu Kang. Skidded and almost destroyed my car, being the usual civil servant looked around for anyone I hit… saw wet footprints but nobody around.)
St 52 is close to the community centre. Blk 520 is just behind the old Jurong Police Division. For the flats, they had to be locked down because some of them have been vandalised. I made a trip to the woodlands one opposite the church and it’s obvious some of the windows were smashed and some doors were picked. No idea who did it, I guess the ghost-busters? Hahaha…
Can’t remember which channel it was… either Nat Geo or Discovery, they just talked about these pontianak phenomenon in Indonesia, both in Msia and Singapore too. The only errie thing to me is… all their descriptions when drawn on paper are so alike.
Waahh so many places to check out! Thanks for sharing, Ed. Ghosthunters, take note! As for myself, I have passed by a couple of the locations you mentioned, but Thank God, have not encountered any. (not that I want to -.-)
As for the Fatimah Rockers (Pontianaks), well, that documentary just proves that such things exist ey? What else can explain the similarity? And even IF the docu was staged (but nat geo and discov are quite established firms, so chances are unlikely), in real life, many of the people i know who have encountered such forces, describe it the same way too!
There is no such thing as ghost ! The only ghost that I known off is the one that appear when you looking in front of the mirror.
You are your own ghost.
The ghost is conjured due to our fear and imagination, and the trick of our mind.
Hi mabelin!
Well, i guess everyone has their own beleifs. As for myself, I do beleive in ghosts, in the sense that they exist, as one too many of my relatives or close friends have experienced supernatural behaviors.
But i have to agree, that most of the time, it is the trick of the mind. So it’s kinda hard to differentiate between whats real and whats fake!
Wahhh.. Faddy The Ghostbuster Next door!!
You know hwat I think Singapore on a whole is haunted la.. Like really.. cos I’m sure back then in WW2 surely a lot of people were killed around the island..
Oh when I was in Ulu Pandan Camp back in my army days there were a lot of sightings and sounds at night.. Japanese songs, people talking all through the night and there’s this one time a Fatimah Rocker Never Die dropped by one of the bunks to rest herself at the edge of the bed and watch a guy as he sleep. Only for his buddy to wake up and witness the whole scene.. freaky!!!
hahhaah ghost buster? ghost pengecuter ada lah! kekekeke. i squirm at the slightest thought of them, apa lagi nak bust em? kkeke..
Oooh! more japanese ghosts around singapore! my friend was just telling me about him hearing jap soldiers in some park. padan muka memotek malam2 wakakakakaka!
hello..bloghopped from uncle sha.. I know of someone who can see la.. he is an uztaz..a person who iman dia kuat can see la.. maybe i should tell him to visit that street… But sometimes kan, u rather not know where exactly the things are or where they are standing.. U rather not hear them or see them.. lagi seram kan..
hahaha actually if i had the third eye likethe ustaz, i’d rather CLOSE it. Imagine, going everywhere and seeing these things! I dah lah lemah smangat, confirm if i see one standing at a specific location, i will NEVER go back there hahahaha.
thanks for dropping by and do come again soon! :)
omg the abandoned flats are like quite near my place! me and my friend always take 242 when going home, and even in daylight the area looks damn scary seh. ishh, but my mum told me that the flats are actually for the people in boon lay place when their flats get torn down in the near future, so the abandoned flats are actually for the ‘homeless’ people. so how??
anyway, you were in my primary school malay class, primary two with cikgu hussein if im not wrong. i remmbr theres jannah n fifi, so you should be in the class too. ive added you btw :D.
HAHA ayooooo!! becareful hor, i always see that area contains alot of big black stray dogs. I tend to avoid it. I dont think at noon it looks that scary though, cuz it’s situated next to a busy street. but come night time, when traffic flow decrease and the whole area is unlit, fuwaaarrr, imagination go wild! kekeke…
As for your mom, man, I’m really unsure seh. But in that case, why can’t they just move everyone now? The building’s like vacant for a nong nong time already you know. and if im not mistaken, there used to be people living there before, but moved out. Hmmm…
Eh same class?! alamak can post a clearer picture of you? i cant quite recall a person name shahidah (actually i can, but its a different one heheehhe)! I do remmeber cikgu hussein, fifi and jannah though! keke…
hahaha! yeah there were two shahidahs in tt class. i think you’re thinking abt the shorter one, not that she’s short now :P. clearer picture of me? haha! i’ll try and find one, i don’t usually take self-portraits.
ahaha ok I’m linking you up babe. dont forget that picture! :D
okay, just reading your entries gives me the jeepers creepers. i’m an eastsider so I don’t really know where are all these places..but, the last picture gives me an eerie feeling…wooo..
about the abandoned apts, I think it may be true that it’s dirty. a friend of mine told me once that there were “dirty” apts in bedok but I don’t know if that’s true or not. scaaareeh..
my dad once told me a story about how he was in a moving bus without a bus driver late at night. he was freaked out and so were the other passengers. But the only difference from your story is that the bus driver together with a few other people were at the back of the bus trying to push the bus cause the bus had broken down! hahahaha…so anti-climax.. :/
when i was in school, rumor has it that the rockwall in my jc was haunted cause the hockey girls spotted a ‘fatimah rocker’ there during maghrib time…well, but I have yet to have any encounters. Not that I want to anyways…

EH YOUR STORY MINTAK KENE SMACK CAN?! hahahahaha…
ooh, yeah…that whole area consisting of a few blocks that’s been cordoned off. i recalled while i was doing relief teaching and taking buses that passed by that area, i was always wondering apsal tak buka² tu public? takkan tak siap² kot?
and which block around JJC? was it just being cordoned off?
haha that building actually was ready a very very long time ago. in fact, some areas are quite run down already from what i see.. as in, it doesnt look new anymore…
As for block around jjc, i dont know the number, but its at the group of blocks opposite the petrol kiosk, along the mainroad heading towards the jurong west market. it was the only one being cordoned off, in the sense that the exits/entrances are all gated and padlocked!
oh yah you know what, i used to live in jurong too. st 41. 12th floor. my sister (who was then a studious freak who burns the midnight oil) often heard somebody whistling….
ehhh! i used to live at jurong west st 42! level 4! hahaha. we were neighbours :P ok whistling on 12th floor.. coming from where? could be over excited neighbour next door peeping on her who thinks she’s pretty? hehe… is it the same sis on ur blog u were talking about?
