All over again.

It was a night I would hold close to my heart. Take care.

You know God is watching over you when…

The queue call is ZERO for like 5 minutes! Haha ok, 5 minutes might sound retarded, but in all seriousness, when you’re working at a place where the queue call reaches 30+ every single second of the day and you can’t even catch a breather without the Team Leaders pestering for you to take calls, 5 minutes of silence is seriously a Godsend.

Half my Saturday was spent at work whilst the other half was spent looking for work with Ashrithaa and Claire. Ash, after resigning from her job as an administration officer at NUH, wanted to get a job at retails so we went around Town just popping into shops randomly asking for employment.
Sadly, most were hiring only on weekdays, so it was a rather fruitless tour which ended up with everyone feeling lethargic mere minutes after meeting up. Ash and I, unable to take it anymore, bid our farewells, while Claire (ever the itchy butt) continued the day out with her other friends.
I tell you, I give up in trying to find Kakis for the MUSE concert. Thus the public outcry -

“Anyone wanna catch em with meeeeeeeee?”
Today’s the last day tickets are selling at $95, tomorrow’s the price gonna be hiked up to $110. Eh hurry up SMS me (or leave a comment) if you wanna go together-gether!

A few days back, I finally had a “proper”, albeit short, meetup with two of my long time buddies, Kimmy and Fee. It was quite the spontaneous event, as we agreed on meeting up like just 3 hours before hehehe.
Since it was already rather late (note:7pm), we just decided to chill at Jurong Point as travelling further would mean less quality time together. Don’t you just hate short meet ups? It’s like hellooooooo we’ve not met for like a bazillion years and we’re going our separate ways already?
Thinking back and reading through all my archives since January 2006, much had changed. Truth be told, I’d rather not spill the insides of what I’ve learnt and how I’ve changed, as I believe that a number of those things are extremely personal and private.
Seeing that my readers range from close friends, to acquaintances, to random strangers, online friends, to cousins and even the odd aunties and uncles, i guess it’s best that I keep my personal thoughts to myself.
I don’t trust passworded entries that much, since you know how easy it is for a single word to be passed on from one mouth to the other. The fact that my blog had been hacked also doesn’t make things any simpler. I’m always writing with caution, knowing that someone might be reading everything without my knowledge.
So, for this time round, I’m just going to choose a photo for every month from the hundreds of photos in my archived blog entries. A photo which sums up what I went through for that month, or which hold a deep strong memory for me.

As most of you would have known, as well as being the last day of 2006, yesterday was also Hari Raya Aidiladha. As of every year, any Hari Raya celebrations would mean spending time with extended families, both on Mom’s and Dad’s side.

The day begun with my family meeting up with Anz’s family (minus Anz who was damn shagged after work), and with an entourage consisting of a lorry and a Corolla, we cruised to three different houses together, all Mom’s elder siblings.
