Kimmy Ma Man!

I finally, finally had a proper meetup with Kimmy my bestmanfriend. By proper meetup, it means meeting up for more the 30 minutes. And a check on this blog of mine prompts that the last proper meetup we had was in August. That’s freakkiiiinngg long, isn’t it? Haha…

We wanted to meetup at Jurong Point but I was suffering from a bout of mini-diarrhoea and thus did not want to go so far. We ended up at our usual hangout – Pioneer Mall hahaa.. Loser man. We invited Nassy along too, but the poor dear was working at that time.

After having brunch at a western stall at Koufu (which had the worst fish and chips i’ve ever seen in my entire life), I egged him to go to Giant as I had not checked out the place since its opening and cuz I felt like buying some snacks.

An hour later, Kimmy exited Giant poorer with a basketfull of snacks and stuffs to make Mushroom stew with while Faddy did not even spend a single cent. Hohoho. Willpower bebeh!

It was a great meetup :) Thanks alot Kimmy for setting time aside from your busy schedule to meet up with me! We must meetup once a fortnight from now onwards okie dokie?

Ahhh. Work starts tomorrow.

The dreaded knocking on my door at 6am, the cold shiver at the first blast of the shower, the morning breeze rejuvenating my every bone and carving a smile on my face, the crowded morning train and mad rush for seats, the lolling heads landing on my shoulders, the footsteps of commuters alighting and paving to their workplaces, the greetings of colleagues, the ringing of the telephones, the cheery and not so cheery voices of customers, the weary body making its way back home, the darkness that envelopes as the body once again makes contact with the mattress.

How exciting :D
