We are family.

Ever since Daddy was placed under house arrest due to his operation (he has THREE weeks off from work!), Mummy has been taking the evening off from work. She used to have this system with my aunt where they would take care of the shop one day each, like taking turns lah like that. But now she takes mornings whilst my aunt takes the evenings.

It’s kind of great in a way, as we manage to spend much more time together. For the past few days, I’ve been hanging out at the kitchen talking and helping Mummy (abit abit) when she cooks, then we’d all (plus the brothers and Daddy) have dinner together afterwhich we’d roll around in front of the teevee whilst bantering about stuff we did on the day.

I have always thought it would be horrible if Mummy and Daddy were to be at home all the time as it equates to more nagging and things like that. But I guess I’ve jumped to conclusions. Haha.. Mummy rarely nagged! Maybe it’s because we have a healthy relationship now.

How I wish we can have evenings like these every single day :( Once Ramadhan starts, Mummy might have to revert to her one day taking turns system, whilst 2 weeks from now, Daddy would have to go back to work and he should be back to working 7am to 11pm which means, I’ll never get to see him properly again.. Bluek.

Ps. I have replied comments on the Ali Ghost Story :) And hahaha to all those who jabbed me at school!
